The Atlas Gourmet

Well, mostly its my personal ‘foodie’ site.

I ran a small restaurant (The Atlas Restaurant) for 5 years before, relatively speaking, ‘retiring’ from the trade in order to help my partner set up her company. Its going very well, but its not related to food, and I NEED to talk about food (actually, I also need to cook food and eat food - but I guess we all do).

So that’s why I’m here now, and, put simply, this is my recipe collection with some added thoughts and opinions on food and nutrition and cooking techniques.

Although it is mostly here for my own amusement, and as a record I can access anywhere I happen to be, I hope it is also useful to other people as well
